Music in Film

Students will learn about the history and artistry of the motion picture. From silent movies to spaghetti Westerns to the magic of John Williams, the course will cover the evolution of film music throughout the 20th century and into the 21st century. Students will not only learn the techniques of film scoring but also have the opportunity to compose/improvise their own music over some well known movie scenes. Explore the sonic elements that make the most iconic movies so memorable!

Daily Monday-Friday, August 3-7

Tuition: $125 per week
