Meet the Instruments

Meet the Instruments: Discovering Sound (5-7 years) leads students through a creative and immersive introduction to the instrument families (percussion, strings, woodwinds, brass). The class explores the many of facets of these instruments through hands-on activities, listening, live demonstrations, and play. Music fundamentals such as pulse, rhythm, melody, timbre, dynamics are introduced throughout.

Thursdays 4 – 4:45pm (6-week session beginning 7/8)

Tuition (per student): $150

To keep things flexible, families sign up for a particular day but are welcome to drop-in to other classes as needed to accommodate summer schedules for a total of 6 classes.
