In order to help us address the growing number of financial aid requests we are receiving, we need every family to do everything they can towards paying at least partial tuition. Please consider how much you can pay on a monthly basis and the potential for assistance from other sources, such as grandparents, for example.
PLEASE START MAKING YOUR PROPOSED PAYMENTS IMMEDIATELY. Please do not wait for written confirmation of your financial aid award. Your first payment should include your registration fee unless you have already paid it.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CREDITS APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM TEACHER ABSENCES, EXCUSED ABSENCES, OR WEATHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINANCIAL AID AWARD AND NOT FROM THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PAYMENTS. In other words, the amount of financial aid will be adjusted, but you will still pay the full amount you agreed to pay. Unexcused absences may result in forfeited financial aid for that lesson and an additional charge to the family for the missed lesson(s).
