Saturday Jomp Start small group instrument classes are an important first step to future success in individual lessons. Designed for children ages 5 - 7 years, young JOMPERS learn the beginning stages of the chosen instrument. Note-reading, rhythm, technique (important for developing little hands) and more will be learned in a joyful group setting. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 children.

Tuition: $280 per student (no sibling discounts)

April 8, 14, 22, May 6, 13, 20, June 3, 10 and a make up class June 17 if needed
Tuition: $280 per student
Registration Fee: $10 for new families only
No class April 29 and May 27

Group Violin
Saturdays 10:15 - 11 am

Group Piano
Saturdays 11:15 - 12 noon

Group Cello
Saturdays 11:15 - 12 noon

Instruments: Please take note that students must have instruments for these classes. For violin and cello, JOMP will provide information on where families can go for short-term rentals. Violins and cellos will need to be fitted to the child and the rental shop will insure correct sizing. JOMP will make recommendations on where to purchase small keyboards for home practice.
