SNOW CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please note: We make our closing decisions independently of the public schools. Joy of Music Program OFTEN does NOT close when the public schools close.
We make our snow closing decisions by 1:00 pm on the day of the storm, based on the latest National Weather Service forecasts for Central Massachusetts.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF AN OVERNIGHT STORM HAS BEEN CLEANED UP BY 1:00 PM (MAIN ROADS ARE OPEN AND SAFE), WE WILL PROBABLY BE OPEN.
When we close due to the weather, we will attempt to put the announcement on this page. Snow closing announcements are also made on radio stations WTAG and WSRS. If possible, we will leave a message on the school's answering machine. If you don't get an answer, it means someone else is calling, try again in a few minutes.
