Frog Point Fiddlers Questionnaire (9/07) This information will be used by Myra MacLeod, the Director and Founder of Frog Point Fiddlers to pre-qualify a new applicant and to update information for a returning member of the group. Submitting this form does not in itself guarantee placement in the group. All applicants must also fill out the JOMP Registration Form. All group members must be able to read music and must maintain private instrumental lessons during the school year. New applicants must schedule an audition with Myra MacLeod at JOMP. We anticipate three major performances each year. One is First Night, Worcester, one in May (TBA) and one is in July at the Blackstone Valley Celtic Festival, Sutton: 100% attendance is required at these events. However, there are many more performances offered throughout the year and everyone's attendance is encouraged at as many as possible.
